Standard Data Recovery Services

Standard Data Recovery Services can be performed on a hard disk that is not seriously damaged. If a hard disk must be repaired before data recovery can be performed then it requires Advanced Data Recovery Services. All Standard Data Recovery Services are based on a No Data / No Charge Policy with a Free Diagnosis.

Advanced Data Recovery Services
[ Detailed Diagnosis Required: € 80 ]
Advanced Data Recovery Services are performed on a hard disk that has suffered some form of damage that requires repair or part replacement before the data can be recovered. Such cases require a Detailed Diagnosis to determine the type of damage and repair required. The Diagnosis Report will outline the type of hard disk damage and total data recovery cost.

Advanced Data Recovery Service Rates
[ Detailed Diagnosis Required: € 80 ]
When a hard disk is not responding a Detailed Diagnosis is required to determine the Failure Type.
The type of failure is indicated by the Fault Class: L (Logical), E (Electronic), P (Physical) or R (RAID).
The hard disk is assigned a Damage Factor (DF) based on the degree of damage and work required.
The Damage Factor is applied to the relevant Deleted File Rescue Rate Class (A - H):
- Logical Failure: Damage Factor is applied to the Size of the Recovered Data.
- Electronic, Physical or RAID Failure: Damage Factor is applied to the Size of the Hard Disk.
